It was not necessarily the plan, but as of June 2023 Tacoma P.D. still has 48 Crown Vics in their police fleet, some with as many as 180,000 miles. That's like... taxi cab mileage. Can you believe that? I have not heard of another Washington agency with as many still in the fleet. It sounds like all of these CVs may be gone by the end of year with TPD slated to get about four dozen Ford Explorer Police Packages this year. Can you find the very top of Mt.
